Construction has begun on the Old Post Office on T Street.  Plans include renovation of the old building with a second story being added.  The old driveway for the postal trucks is being filled in with a new two story building.  See rendering above for details.  The developer is New Legacy Partners.  Taqueria Nacional and BakeHouse have signed leases to occupy the ground floor spaces.
